Home price reality check

A new survey out from Zillow suggests we may be coming to grips, at last, with the slump in housing prices. Fifty-seven percent of respondents to a survey by the real estate tracking firm say they believe their home has lost value in the last year, a big jump from the 38 percent who felt that way three months ago.
But hope springs eternal installment payday loans.
Seventy percent say they think their house won’t drop any more over the next six months. We’ll see.
